  WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE (and I've had pretty bad experiences)
  
  I asked the lady if she knew what am ombre was and whether she's done it before. She said YES to both. Unfortunately the "gradient" was no gradient at all - it was extremely harsh and amateur for someone who claimed to be experienced with this.
  
  After the blow dry, I politely told her the lines were too harsh and if it were possible to blend the two. She said she could lift the ombre colour higher - NO.. that's not what I asked for. I asked for a partial discount if it could not be amended. She literally then made a sarcastic giggle and rolled her eyes. The owner came to investigate and I thought he'd be more reasonable. I politely explained the situation to him again and after words with the lady, he said this is exactly what I had asked for - WRONG AGAIN.
  
  I asked for a partial discount for the disaster - I'm sorry, but that's what it was - and he laughed too! I've had my fair share of bad hair experiences, but I've NEVER had staff laugh and roll their eyes at me, they were so incredibly rude and never once acknowledged the problem I was trying explain.
  
  NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!

  Worst experience ever!!! They made me waiting for half an hour(and even cut for a guy who came later than me). My hair was quite long(near to waist), and I told him I'd like shorten it to the shoulder. He didn't follow my instruction but made it veeeeeeeeery short instead. I didn't like it at all and was a bit of angry, but he told me it was fine, and that it was probably because I didn't get used to it. When I came back home, I looked myself in the mirror, and felt like I grew 10 years older in a day.... What's worse, it was not even symmetric at all - the left side was about three centimeters longer than the right side. So terrible and I will never be there again!!!

  I gave the lady a picture in order to told her what exact length of haircut. But in the middle of the haircutting, she took care of other customer. When she came back to me, I showed that picture to her again and reminded it looked shorter than what I want. However, she ignored that and still cut it short for another side of my hair. Finally in order to align both side, my hair became shorter and shorter. The finished cutting is completely different from the picture that I provided!!

  The lady was lovely however the gentleman did my hair. He was very rough when combing my hair wet and not very personable / appeared to get angry when I asked if he would be more gentle. I’d also recommend checking the price as it costed more than was advertised.
