  Food was decent and fresh as they are busy but the customer service was absolutely pathetic. I wanted the popcorn chicken box with the tender swapped for an original chicken but the cashier was ignorant and refused to do it so I asked for the manager. Her Nepalese manager protected her and told me the same and totally refused my request and was talking in their own language. You can clearly swap them in the app so how hard is it for these people to do their job right???

  I don't like to write negative reviews usually, but this KFC was perhaps one of the worst I have visited. The food was tasteless, not fresh and overly greasy (even for KFC). The floors were covered in grease, oil and food scraps. We asked for a table to be cleaned as all tables were covered with food scraps, yet they did not clean them. Understaffed, and the staff that were there all seemed to be under 14 years of age. Apologies for the poor review, but it is an honest one.

  Recently a lot of kfc stores have started to step up their game with better quality food produced quickly. Not so at this store. This store is sticking to poorly prepared food and making you feel truly unwelcome in the store. It's a bold move but they are very busy so obviously some people like it this way.

  Love this KFC. Has been here forever and recently been renovated. Plenty of parking and right next to McDonald's.

  Cooked chicken here need standards. Not enough turnaround? Whole family was in the dunny all night. One star is only for the girl serving. The young girl there was absolutely polite and great service with a smile. Five Dock KFC is always best with chicken. And the kids there are always keen to help. Love our young kids here. Kids at Lidcombe KFC are not keen at all. Not polite or want to be there. Enfield and Lidcombe need to monitor HACCP. Get rid of your old chicken and regularly change your damn black grease oil.
